Highlands and Islands Association of Celtic Gatherings, Inc. is a volunteer operated, non-profit organization. The Scottish Highland Games and Celtic Music Festival is made possible through the generosity of our local citizens, businesses, organizations and civic institutions.

 The organization’s advertising is created in partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Mississippi Development Authority. The purpose of the Association, Games and Festival is to promote Celtic Heritage.
